1. Introduction

Maheshwari Vidya Pracharak Mandal, Pune (MVPM) is a registered NGO committed to community service and empowerment. The Begin Again Portal has been created to facilitate networking, career opportunities, and mutual support within the community.

This portal is intended solely as a platform for community benefit and service. It must not be construed as a commercial service, nor is it offered for any fees.

By registering, job seekers or recruiters agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of the Begin Again Portal and the services provided by MVPM.

If job seekers or recruiters do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated below, please refrain from using https://beginagain.mvpm.org.

2. User Data Collection

1. When job seekers or recruiters use the Begin Again Portal, they may be required to provide data such as name, contact details, educational background, work experience, and other relevant information.
2. MVPM collects this data to facilitate the job matching and recruitment process between users and employers.
3. By providing your data, you consent to its collection, storage, and use in accordance with the MVPM Privacy Policy.

3. User Responsibilities

1. Job seekers or recruiters are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide on the Begin Again Portal.
2. Users agree not to provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for any activities that occur under their account.
4. If a profile has not been updated in 365 days, MVPM reserves the right to automatically remove or archive the profile.

4. Job Matching and Recruitment

1. The Begin Again Portal uses algorithms and matching techniques to connect job seekers with potential employers based on the information provided.
2. MVPM does not guarantee job placement or employment opportunities.
3. Employers have the sole discretion to select candidates for job interviews and employment.

5. User Conduct

1. Users agree to use the Begin Again Portal for lawful purposes only.
2. Users will not engage in any activities that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the functioning of the portal or the experience of other users.
3. Users will not attempt to access or use the data of other users for any unauthorized purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

1. All content and materials on the Begin Again Portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property rights.
2. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from the portal without prior written consent from MVPM.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. MVPM strives to provide accurate and reliable information on the portal, but does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or reliability.
2. MVPM is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the portal or the services provided.

8. Termination

1. MVPM reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access to the Begin Again Portal at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
2. Upon termination, your account and all associated data will be deleted.

9. Modifications

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune, Maharashtra. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Member's Obligations

1. Members undertake to take all necessary measures, including periodic password changes, to protect the confidentiality of their account.
2. If a Member chooses to terminate their association with MVPM, they can unsubscribe or remove their account by following the delisting procedure provided. This process is accessible through the ‘Remove Account’ link available in their user folder.
3. By registering, the Member agrees to receive communications (via Calls/Chat/Mails/SMS) on the contact numbers provided during registration or subsequently, irrespective of being on the Do Not Call Registry.
